Can I change or cancel my order?

To process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, changes cannot be guaranteed, however, you may return your order for a full refund once it is received.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. Additional Buy Now, Pay Later options may be available at checkout.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Orders are shipped the next day after processing.

Please allow additional time during holidays or sale periods.

What if I do not receive my order?
