What is your return policy

We offer a 30 day return policy. You have thirty days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

How do I start a return

To start a return, please fill out the enquiry form on the Contact Us page and include,

• Your order number
• A brief explanation of the reason for the return
• Any relevant photos if needed

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is accepted. We aim to resolve all return requests promptly.

What if my item is damaged, incorrect or faulty

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away through the Contact Us form if an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.

Include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging. This helps us assess the problem and put it right quickly.

Are there items that cannot be returned

Some items cannot be returned. This includes,

• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalised products
• Personal care items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

We also cannot accept returns on gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending anything back.

How do exchanges work

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original one first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union cooling off period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within fourteen days, for any reason.

The item must still be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags and in the original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

When will I receive my refund

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within ten business days.

Your bank or card provider may need extra time to process and post the refund. If more than fifteen business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us through the Contact Us form so we can look into it.
